Leica Leicaflex Sl W 2 Cam 50mm F/2 Summicron-r, Hood & Cap The Meter Works

Leica Leicaflex SL 35mm SLR with 2 cam 50mm f/2 Summicron-R and factory lens hood and cap. The meter works on the camera and is accurate. The shutter fires at all speeds and seems in the ballpark. The frame counter, depth of field preview and self timer work. The battery chamber is clean.

The film chamber is clean. There is a little discoloration of the chrome on the name plate on the front of the prism but ovcerall the camera is in vice shape showing only minor wear from careful use. The lens has fungus blooms in it. The focusing barrel turns smoothly.

The aperture ring turns smoothly and the lens stops down correctly. You could shoot with it, see the photos, but it would benefit from a CLA. The hood shows minor patina from use as does the lens but nothing to prevent usage.

These outfits are the best deal in all the Leica world. Made in Germany and solid as a rock.
