Made in Germany in 1938. Original chrome finish with matching chrome lens. Shutter speeds are: 1/20, 1/30, 1/40, 1/60, 1/100, 1/200/, 1/500, 1/1000 and B. Slow speeds are: 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 and T. Shutter curtains are in good working order. Camera has been recently CLA'D in 2022. Top plate is in Very Clean condition. Couple of very small marks on the bottom plate. Original leather cover without missing pieces and in very good shape. All original knobs and handles.

Camera comes with a Leica leather case, and instruction booklet. Focusing from 1.1 meter. Very slight haze, but nice clean glass.

Some very small dust spots inside that can be seen with a flashlight only. Truly "classic" Leica IIIB rangefinder camera in nice condition with a 5cm f/2 Summar lens.

Recently cla'd in 2022. Leica IIIB camera production was only 32700 pieces and it is hard to find now.
