LEICA 280mm TELYT 4.8/200 LTM M39 Mount w/Cap, Filter Televit? This is a less common version of this lens- it has a bayonet mount on the lens head body- I think this is to fit it to a rapid focus device- perhaps a Televit M?

It also has a standard LTM visoflex focus mount fitted and included. If you know what the code name i for this version of the lens head- let me know.

The ens is in super condition: glass is very clean and clear- ficus is smooth, aperture blades open and close nicely. Minor signs of use here and there. Comes with quality B&W UV filter and metal lens cap. Special Note for Cameras and related items.
