Zorky-2S was produced at KMZ from 1955 to 1960. The volume of the issue amounted to more than 200 thousand copies. The standard lens is one of: Industar-22 3.5 / 50, Industar-50 3.5 / 50 or Jupiter-8 2.0 / 50. Industars could be either foldable or not.

Optics mounting type - M39 × 1 thread. Focal length 28.8 mm. Beats shutter speeds 1/25, 1/50, 1/100, 1/250, 1/500, V. In the review of the device in 1958, in 1959, a new GOST was introduced for the designation of automatic exposures, corresponding to international standards: 1/30, 1/60, 1/125, 1/250, 1/500.

The camera is equipped with a self-timer and synchro-contact. The weight of my copy without the lens is 462 grams.
